This Indian eatery earned the title of Best Asian Restaurant in the world from Restaurant Magazine. Extremely popular with locals and a must stop for travellers, Bukhara specializes in tandoor or dum style marinated meats. Tandoori salads are also available for vegetarians. The menu is made of wood and a lot of the food is cooked in clay ovens to give it a real authentic taste. This traditional restaurant is located with the Maurya Sheraton and Towers Hotel so if you are staying there, it is worth popping down and giving this one a go.

Cool location, excellent food specially the makhani daal (lentils). I visit there every month and its great to be there atleast once a month for a great food to have.

The Bukhara is highly over-rated & the name was build on good marketing, rather than on food quality & consistency. The food is ok when you in the neighbourhood to drop in, but nothing to write home about, their so called famous Daal is average & the food in general even for Indian standards to greasy, service arrogant & sloppy.
