El Raco de Can Fabes

This Cantalonian restaurant in Spain has received many awards like most of the other restaurants on this list in its more then 20 years of existence. It prides itself on being open to all customers and giving them the Real McCoy when it comes to Catalan cuisine. Chef Santi Santamaria runs the restaurant with his wife Angels and they have expanded it from the house in which Santi was born to a bistro and hotel. This past summer they recently added another dinning room to the restaurant. Hospitable service and dedication to keeping the Catalan food authentic make this place a sure hit.
