Hiramatsu is so phenomenal and exclusive that there are only 9 tables in the entire restaurant, so only 18 people are eating there at any given time. Of course, the diners aren’t just glad to be the elite few to get a table, they are also delighted by the brilliant and delectable cuisine. Although this is technically a franchise developed by Chef Hiroyuki Hiramatsu, no quality is sacrificed from Hiramatsu’s original. Head Chef Hajime Nakagawa, who worked under Hiramatsu, prepares elegant French haute cuisine with beautiful touches of traditional Japanese cooking with incredible results.

We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Hiramatsu last week. We opted for the winter menu and every dish was excellent. Prime quality ingredients impeccably executed. Service was very friedly. Our waiter was very keen to know details about London restaurant scene and even provided us with the written names of the cheeses we had liked the most.
Only draw back: single Michelin star in Paris commands higher prices than their London counterparts.
