This former summer lake house is the vision of Chef Marc Veyrat. Started just over 10 years ago, this restaurant has received three Michelin stars and has risen into Restaurant Magazine’s list of the top 50 restaurants in the world. Veyrat prides himself on being a man of the mountains and the son of farmers, and the menu reflects that. With the quiet country surrounding and lake side view, dining here could be an evening you will not want to end.

This is the place to go to eat art. To understand that art can be experienced as food - scent and taste, as well as sight and sound and texture. It's not cheap, but nor is Bridget Riley. it's also not relaxed; the atmosphere is breathless with the hush fo the passionate artist's atelier. I've eaten with Blanc, Blumenthal, Ramsay, Michel Bras, Guy Savoy and others, and this was the top. It pushed food as far as possible towards installation.

It's one of the greatest 3 stars restaurant in the world, and i've seen quite a lot.
Very few come close to it in terms of quality and experience, it's really out of this world.
It's quite expensive, but then again you know it already before getting in.
