Agata Parisella
biography
As well as being the head chef, Agata is also part owner in her restaurant. She has travled the world sharing her recipes while also learning new ones. Her favourite cooking tool remains to be olive oil. Agata grew up seeing olive oil as something that kept her restaurant running family afloat. She uses it in almost all her dishes.
Agata had been unafraid to share her culinary secrets nationally by writing to cook books as well as assist with cooking for a television program.
