Alain Passard is known throughout Paris, and when word broke out that he was tired of cooking with meat, people were shocked. There are not that many chefs in the world who can have that much of an effect on people, yet still bring them into a restaurant. Said to have trained with master chefs, Passard ventured out on his own with this Parisian treasure in 1986. You will be able to pick out Passard when you enter the restaurant: he will be the one walking back and forth from the kitchen keeping customers and employees happy.
