Philippe Legendre

Legendre has gained several accolades through out his career. In 1996 he earned the Meilleur Ouvrier de France award, which recognizes the finest artisans France has to offer. At Le Cinq he earned all three Michilien Stars and was named Le Chef’s “2003 Chef of the Year” by his peers. Originating from the Vendee area of north-western France, Legendre began his career with an apprenticeship at the Embruns and has worked at some of the most highest rated restaurants in Paris, such as the Lucas-Carton and the Ritz.
